Hawkgirl Scenes from Superman

 DapeFury on YouTube just posted a video collecting most of Hawkgirl's scenes from the Superman movie. I'm kind of shocked that it's only a minute and 41 seconds long. Her scenes were a little longer than that, but yeah. We didn't get much of her in the movie. Isabela Merced did make an impact though, so hopefully we'll get to see her story more in future projects. It would be a shame for it to end here.

Side note: Does her jaw really open up than wide when she screams that banshee shriek? How does her jaw not dislocate from that? Maybe it's just the angle, but...dayum.

Collecting is one of the joys of a superhero/comics fan! 
 I've been a fan of Hawkman since 1977 and I've been collecting Hawkman-related stuff ever since. I recently had to downsize my collection to make some room but I hope to pull everything out of storage and put it back up again soon! 

Isabela Merced Wants a Hawkgirl Movie

   

   Superman is wraping up its run in the theaters and it appears to be the success that James Gunn and company were hoping for. The critics and fan reviews for the movie were pretty good, so we could start seeing some green lights for other projects to start showing up. Isabela Merced's role as Hawkgirl was pretty limited, but she did make an impression with the fans with what she was given to do. The question now is what will come next. 

Hawkman is Perfect for DCU's Justice Gang (Collider Article)

    Now that Superman's theatrical run is coming to a close, there are a lot of news and rumors coming out about the next heroes to make their debut in the DCU. Since Hawkgirl was in Superman, it's only natural that some of those rumors would involve Hawkman.
