Identifying the Hawkmen from Hawkman No. 1

In the first issue of Hawkman No. 1, Bryan Hitch gave us an incredible 2-page spread of many Hawkmen "across time and space." I counted 45 versions of the hero but I was able to identify only 12 of them! A couple of these are guess so if you have a better guess or can identify some I couldn't, feel free to post it in the comments!
