The History of the Logos of Hawkman Comics

The new logo for the Hawkman series by Robert Venditti and Bryan Hitch starting on June 13th has been released. The general reaction of Hawkfans seems to be very positive. Hawkman has had several official logos over the years, starting with the logo for the Brve the Bold series back in 1961. Here is a rundown of the logos for Hawkman and Hawkgirl regular series and mini-series over the years.

The Metal Graphic Novels

The Metal Graphic Novels are coming! The series finally wrapped up a few months ago and the collections are ready to be released. There are four collections in all: Dark Days: The Road to Metal (Released May 16) Dark Nights: Metal (Released June 6) Dark Nights: Metal: The Resistance (Released June 13) Dark nights: Metal: Dark Knights Rising (Released June 20) The issues in each collection are listed below. Definitely would make a nice addition to any DC Comics fan!
