Shayera Hol appears first. She is currently the Empress of Thanagar Prime. And at the end of the issue, The Savage Hawkman/Katar Hol appears. He is the same Hawkman from the Savage Hawkman series (2011-2013) and the Hawkman who died in the Death of Hawkman series (2016-2017). Lots of questions which will hopefully be answered in Justice League issues No. 15 and 16.
