This is a discussion about Hawkwoman (Shayera Thal II), not Hawkgirl (Kendra Saunders). Hawkman's friendship with the Atom (Ray Palmer) is well known, at least among Hawkfans. But they've never really established a solid friendship for Hawkwoman/Shayera. Of the heroes in the DC Universe, who do you think would be fun for Shayera to pair up with as BFFs and have some interesting stories together? Put your ideas and suggestions in the comments below! It can be anyone in the DCU!
Top Left to Right: Batwoman, Big Barda, Black Canary, Isis
Bottom Left to Right: Mera: Vixen, Wonder Woman, Zatanna
Since Shayera is an alien, and she has lived a long time, it would be interesting to piar her up with someone similar, like maybe Big Barda. Those two together would be crazy!
ReplyDeleteToday's the day I realized something very cool....Mr. Tim Board, YOU ARE A CELEBRITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha....I guess with everything being relative you could call Mr. Tim a celebrity.....after all he's done with this site and the amount of hits it gets......I understand your position.
DeleteNo one would consider me a celebrity in any sense of the word. DC doesn't even know I exist. lol But thanks for the compliment!
DeleteGood question. Might come up with different answers as time goes on, but I think Carol Ferris/Star Sapphire makes a lot of sense, given both operate on Earth and intergalactic. Possible trio with Dove II. Midnighter & Apollo might be an fun pairing as well. Their Authority teammate, Swift, would also be an interesting team-up.
ReplyDeleteStar Sapphire would be very interesting. Those two together could make some very interesting interaction and adventures.
