Hawk Enterprises, LLC a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concern was established in March 2000 by William (Bill) Tripp, a 32-year veteran of Sikorsky Aircraft. Bill has been associated with the UH60 Black Hawk for over 32 years. He was the senior field service representative for Sikorsky Aircraft during the UTTAS Government Competitive Test (GCT) between Sikorsky and Boeing Vertol in 1975. Since that time Bill has been involved with the Black Hawk in virtually every aspect of operations, maintenance, and logistics support.

Hawk Enterprises was originally created to fill an ever-increasing need for maintenance and operational training that could provide useful and practical information to the user in the field.
